Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are currently hiring BCBAs at all of our locations, including Spring, TX and Houston, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide effective supervision to Behavior Technicians (minimum one year of experience required).

  • Collaborate with our dedicated team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Foster progress in children with autism and/or developmental delays.

  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our ABA services.

  • Uphold compassion, patience, and persistence for both clients and team members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Master's degree with coursework in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field

  • BCBA® certification and Texas State License have passed the BCBA exam.

  • Minimum one year of direct experience working with children with Autism and/or developmental delays.

  • Commitment to a family-forward schedule (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm).

  • Light-hearted nature, resilience, and a can-do attitude.
