Blessed ABA Therapy Service is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! No prior experience is necessary we provide comprehensive paid training to equip you with all the skills you need to succeed.
 

What You'll Do:

As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a supportive and fun environment. You'll:

  • Deliver personalized therapy in clinic, home and community settings.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans and track progress.

  • Teach essential skills like communication, behavior, self-help, and social interaction.

  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Provide valuable feedback to your Program Supervisor (BCBA).

What We're Looking For:

  • Reliability and consistency

  • Genuine love for working with children

  • Positive and energetic attitude

  • Able to work 32-40 hours a week

  • Ability to adapt and remain calm in challenging situations

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Effective and professional communication skills

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and smartphone

  • Successful completion of background check and drug test
