Job Application

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are highly trained professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services. Each RBT:

  • Holds active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Completes 40+ hours of specialized ABA training prior to certification

  • Receives ongoing supervision and support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Is trained in data collection, behavior reduction, and skill-building programs

  • Has hands-on experience working with children with autism and related developmental needs

  • Follows ethical and evidence-based ABA practices

  • Participates in continuing education and ongoing competency assessments

Our RBTs work directly with clients to implement individualized treatment plans, promote meaningful skill development, and support positive behavior change in collaboration with families and clinical supervisors.
