Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
BCaBAs are BACB-certified clinicians with formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis and supervised fieldwork experience. Under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), they support the implementation and monitoring of behavior-analytic programs by assisting with assessments, data collection and analysis, treatment plan implementation, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). BCaBAs help ensure treatment fidelity, data-driven decision-making, and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
